On behalf of AIA Virginia President, Bill Brown, AIA, I am pleased to invite you to the INAUGURAL meeting of the Virginia Small Firm Roundtable. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 31, 2017 in conjunction with the inaugural ART OF PRACTICE Conference, which begins at 9:00 a.m.
AIA Virginia is convening a diverse cadre of decision-makers from practices of all sizes for a one-day forum designed to cultivate strong leaders and advance business practices. With a focus on creating and fostering a healthy firm culture, both seasoned and emerging leaders will come together to share and learn best practices, be challenged, and be celebrated by their peers. Roundtable discussions will focus on leadership development; building effective teams; and equity, diversity, and inclusion. Legislative and regulatory issues, as well as legal challenges faced by firms, will also be covered in addition to firm-centric conversations.
In order to keep the event FREE to attendees, it will take place at The Branch Museum of Architecture and Design in Richmond. Space is limited, so you’ll want to register right away to ensure a spot.
