AIA Central Virginia’s newest group for Late-Career Professionals (LCPs) aims to fix that!
Our goals are simple:
Provide a community of peer connection and support
Have real conversations about what matters to us now
Help each other thrive - for our own benefit, and the broader community
If you’ve got decades of experience, hard-won perspective, and a lot still to offer – this group is for you.
Please join our first meetup on May 27th at 1:00 pm and help us shape what this becomes. We’ll talk about our objectives, topics, meeting format, and whatever else comes up. No fixed agenda - just good coffee and better conversation.
