We’re looking for a Design Manager who can dream big at 9:00 a.m., talk about the budget at 10:00, lead a client meeting at noon, and still care deeply about the alignment of a ceiling fan at 4:30. Someone who loves both the spark of an idea and the satisfaction of a perfectly coordinated drawing set.
This role is equal parts creative vision and thoughtful guidance for our clients.
You’ll be the person who:
Translates “We love this Pinterest board...” into a cohesive, buildable design
Keeps multiple projects moving without breaking a sweat
Balances creativity with cost-awareness (yes, at the same time)
Produces documentation so clear our Project Development and Construction teams want to high-five you
Makes clients feel guided, heard, and genuinely excited about the journey
