This 10-story 215,000 SF commercial office building on Charlottesville’s historic pedestrian mall includes a 15,000 SF co-working suite, a 225-person auditorium, retail food stalls and a grand main lobby and bar topped by 7 levels of core and shell office floor plates over underground structured parking.- and it’s a case study in green building.
